Homes with Hope accomplishes its mission through the abundant compassion of local families, faith-based congregations, as well as businesses and organizations that have come together to help persons in acute or chronic distress. Homes with Hope is the extended family for homeless families and individuals who have exhausted the compassion of their caregivers. Homes with Hope relies upon ongoing contributions to support the facilities and supportive services we provide that enable homeless people in the communities we serve to achieve independent and self-sufficient lives.
Your contributions help rebuild lives by supporting programs that provide permanent supportive housing, emergency shelter, food and meals, case management services and mentoring. Together we can make a difference!

JEFFREY WIESER STAFF SUPPORT FUND:
This fund is set up to honor Jeff for his years of dedicated service to Homes with Hope as both a member of the Board of Directors and President & CEO from 2010 until his retirement in December 2019. The Fund is for the purpose of supporting Homes with Hope staff members in ways that may not be otherwise provided by the organization’s budget. The Fund may be used to attend classes, conferences, seminars, forums or other educational events, to provide equipment or services to assist staff, or to recognize performance and service.
